View and Print - "No Files Found" V4

Re-scan the Backup Records

 

When you click on View and Print, do you get the following message?

 

  1. Click OK to close the error message.

  2. Click the Gear icon at the top right corner to open a menu.

  3. Click Reload Backup Records.

  4. Picture Keeper will process the Backup Records and re-sync the pictures.

  5. Allow the process to finish.

  6. Click View and Print again.
