View and Print - "No Files Found" V4

Re-scan the Backup Records
When you click on View and Print, do you get the following message?
- Click OK to close the error message.
- Click the Gear icon at the top right corner to open a menu.
- Click Reload Backup Records.
- Picture Keeper will process the Backup Records and re-sync the pictures.
- Allow the process to finish.
- Click View and Print again.
