*What is Picture Keeper Connect and What Devices Are Compatible?
Picture Keeper Connect is a multi-purpose backup device. It has all the same features for backing up your computer as the original Picture Keeper, but can also back up all of your photos and videos directly from your mobile devices.
COMPATIBILITY
Picture Keeper Connect is compatible with most modern Apple and Android phones and tablets, as well as Mac and Windows computers. Check this list of compatible mobile devices. (Some compatible devices may not be listed)
Apple (iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad):
Works with iPhone 5s and above. Must be updated to iOS 12 or higher.
iPhones 15 and newer:
- Connect the Picture Keeper Connect to the Keeper Connector adapter
- Use the USB-C connector on the Keeper Connector to attach to your iPhone
iPhones 14 and prior:
- Use the Lightning connector on the Picture Keeper Connect to attach to your iPhone

Android (Phones and Tablets):
Must be updated to Android 5 or higher, and support OTG (On-The-Go) software/hardware*.
Android Phones with USB-C:
- Connect the Picture Keeper Connect to the Keeper Connector adapter
- Use the USB-C connector on the Keeper Connector to attach to your Android phone
Android Phones with Micro USB:
- Connect the Picture Keeper Connect to the Keeper Connector adapter
- Use the Micro USB connector on the Keeper Connector to attach to your Android phone
