*How Do I View My Pictures?

Did you complete a Picture Keeper backup, but are having trouble viewing your pictures?  Or, are you only able to view as a slideshow?

 

You can view your backups in the following way:

1. Plug in the Picture Keeper.
2. Start the Picture Keeper program as directed in the instruction booklet.

View & Print

1. Click the View & Print button on the Main Picture Keeper screen.
   Does it say that no files were found?
   If you have backed up, and you get this message when you click View & Print, please see View & Print - "No Files Found"
2. Double click to open a folder and display another subfolder or the pictures in that folder.

Here's a little tip!

The number in parentheses indicates the number of pictures in the folder.

 

How to navigate between folders

Double click to open a folder to view the pictures. This first screen shot shows a folder called 2015. It is a subfolder of Pictures.

To return to a previous folder, click the orange arrow or folder name in the path bar.
To go back to the Pictures folder, click your name (e.g. JohnDoe).

This displays the pictures in the folder called Desktop.To go back to Desktop, click Desktop or the orange arrow as circled.
