*Picture Keeper Connect app crashing

Please send us a log file. Our Mobile Tech team will investigate your problem and recommend a solution. To send a log file, follow these steps:

  • Open the Picture Keeper Connect app on your phone.
  • Tap the gear icon in the lower right-hand side of the screen. Choose the "Help" option.

  • Tap "Email Support"

  • When the Support Form pops-up, fill it out with your information and hit send.

  • We will follow up with you as soon as possible to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
