Tony in Support was SO helpful! He went through everything carefully, step by step, so that it all made sense. I can now upload all my photos and videos on my phone too, not just my computer, on picture keeper pro 500. Tony was friendly, professional, and so very helpful.

I have an old Mac Computer and it contained 22, 000 pictures and videos. No matter what I did I could not get the Mac to update so I could use the Picture Keepers I had purchased, even with the help of Apple Support. Finally, I called Picture Keeper Customer Service and Tony found me a zip drive that would make the product work with my old Mac! I stressed for months over trying to make my computer work and within minutes, Tony had fixed the problem. Everything downloaded so quickly! I bought smaller Picture Keepers and loaded all of the pictures for each of my children so they had their own copies of their own pics and videos. Thank you so much Tony!

All I get are promotions, but there are no links or phone #’s to call & no tutorials for benefits or options after initial installation to have a more enhanced experience, prior to this purchase I was able to connect my phone to a computer & move my pictures there & back them up to an external hard drive. I like the product but would like a bit more information on how to work it, additionally, I saw a larger drive I was interested in but when i clicked on it the $ was different than the offer on the email

This is my 3rd! It makes transferring pictures so easy!

Purchased the PK Pro in hopes of getting all my photos from my current MacBook, my last MacBook, my old Desk top and older G4 laptop. I also wanted to retrieve and save all my CD's that have stored my photos for years. The new MacBook went easily, but would not interact with the other Mac's and I have not figured out how to save the CD's to the Picture Keeper Pro. I'm 72 yrs old and not a 'techno-wiz', but don't find this new PK Pro 500gb to be an easy solution to use.........
