I have an old Mac Computer and it contained 22, 000 pictures and videos. No matter what I did I could not get the Mac to update so I could use the Picture Keepers I had purchased, even with the help of Apple Support. Finally, I called Picture Keeper Customer Service and Tony found me a zip drive that would make the product work with my old Mac! I stressed for months over trying to make my computer work and within minutes, Tony had fixed the problem. Everything downloaded so quickly!
