2. Fitness Outdoors
Before the summer temperatures hit, taking your fitness activity outdoors is a must! One great way to enjoy fitness outdoors is with yoga. Many local yoga studios offer free or very low-cost classes outdoors in local parks. Or check through your local city or town to check out their events calendar. New to yoga? Many of these classes are designed to include all experience levels, so no reason to stress it!
