Very Good Customer Service

I found the PK I bought 2 years ago very easy to use. My recent purchase required me to register with a password. The initial steps to activate were not so clear on the program. MJ with customer service responded promptly to my e-mail and showed me how to how to register and start using immediately. Great product and great service!

It really didn’t hold many videos

It’s great if you do not have many videos to download from your phone… it doesn’t take a large amount until it’s full. I had to buy yet another - this will make #3 for me. ( yes I have tons of pics and videos)
