I have been pleased with Picture Keepers in the past, but these are for
computers only, not iPhones and tablets.
I do not have a computer. I would love to exchange them for products that I can use.

You're absolutely right that the Picture Keeper PRO SSD 500GB is designed specifically for computers with USB or Type-C ports, unlike some of our other Picture Keeper products, which work directly with iPhones that have a lightning port. While this can backup mobile devices, a computer is required to finalize the backup if it does not have a Type-C port.
I completely understand your disappointment, especially since you've had positive experiences with Picture Keeper products before.
