Picture Keeper is an awesome product. I have backed up all the photos on my Iphone and my PC and plan to keep the Picture Keeper in my fireproof safe. I'll never lose my precious memories.
I ran into an issue since my photos were in the cloud so I reached out to the Picture Keeper Customer Service and received a call from a live person.
The person that helped me was Tony and he was amazing! So knowledgeable, patient and kind!

I have at least 6 Picture Keeper devices. It's a great product and the Connect was great for our trip out of the country. Customer service was responsive when I had an issue with an older device.
