Terms and Conditions - KeepSafe Drive Replacement Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the KeepSafe Drive Replacement Program (“Program”). The Program is administered by Picture Keeper, operated by Simplified IT Products, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a replacement drive through the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The KeepSafe Drive Replacement Program allows eligible KeepSafe subscribers to request a replacement Picture Keeper drive containing their KeepSafe-stored files in the event their original Picture Keeper drive is lost, damaged, or otherwise unusable.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Program, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must be an active KeepSafe subscriber at the time the replacement request is processed. Users enrolled in a 1-month free trial are not eligible. Users enrolled in a 12-month free promotional subscription are eligible.
- You must own a Picture Keeper drive.
- You must verify your Picture Keeper purchase when requesting a replacement.
- You must grant us access to your KeepSafe file collection solely for the purpose of preparing the replacement drive.
Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in denial of the replacement request.
3. Replacement Drive Details
If approved, we will send you a replacement Picture Keeper drive containing your KeepSafe-stored files.
- The replacement drive may not be the same style, model, or storage capacity as the original device.
- The replacement drive will be provisioned with sufficient storage capacity to contain all eligible KeepSafe files associated with your account at the time of fulfillment.
- File availability depends on the contents successfully stored within your KeepSafe collection at the time the replacement is processed.
4. Replacement Limits
- The Program is limited to one (1) replacement drive per user.
- We reserve the right to deny additional replacement requests, even if prior replacements were not used or received.
5. Shipping Costs
- Replacement drives are provided at no charge, however shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the user. The current cost of shipping and handling is $10.99. This cost is subject to change at any time.
- Shipping fees must be paid before the replacement drive is fulfilled.
- Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by location.
6. Access to Files
By participating in the Program, you authorize us to access your KeepSafe-stored files solely for the purpose of preparing and fulfilling the replacement drive. We do not use your files for any other purpose.
7. Program Limitations and Availability
- The Program is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- Replacement fulfillment may be delayed due to inventory availability, verification requirements, or operational constraints.
- The Program is available only to customers residing in the United States.
- Replacement drives are only sent to mailing addresses within the United States.
8. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the Program in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
