I have been using Picture Keeper for years. Great gifts to give friends and family members.
I bought the phone version initially and found it so easy to use that I also purchased the computer version. I have many videos on various devices, and this way I won’t be copying duplicates. I will have the backups on one storage device that is easy to look through.

I want to say thank you to Picture Keeper for their great products and great software and great customer service. I personally use a 256GB Picture Keeper for my cellphone and love it. Plug it in and the backup menu comes up, VERY EASY TO USE!! After the first backup it will only backup new pictures (this saves duplication and time).
Two years ago at Christmas I purchased a competitors product for my best friend and his wife who are each 84 years young (I bought them each a competitors product). I had nothing but problems with them.
I decided that I would replace the competitors products with 32 GB Picture Keeper drives. I helped them the first time on their phones and they now do backups frequently. The Picture Keeper software make it so easy to do!!! I then showed them how to transfer photos and videos from the Picture Keeper drive to their desktop computers. So Very Easy!!!
I have continued to give Picture Keeper drives for gifts at Christmas and birthdays to my family and friends.
Keep up the GREAT WORK! Great products are made by great companies by great people and Picture Keeper is a great company with great products but most of all you have GREAT PEOPLE!! Thank you!

Very easy to use and it fast downloading my 16,000 pictures.
Not sure of this product. I’m not super tech savvy, but I am usually able to muddle through most stuff. This one still has me working on it. Over 7k pictures to download, but only finding 4K. Some information would have been better to know upfront. ie : you need a USB port on your receiving end. My iPad does not have a USB port. So, up traded “picture pro” to
Connect. Still working on saving pictures.

One quick note - Picture Keeper skips duplicates, so it's not unusual for your device to have more photos stored than Picture Keeper "finds" and backs up.
