Words With Friends – A crossword puzzle game you can play on your smart phones. Play with friends or compete against a random player to develop your spelling and vocabulary skills. Words With Friends is available for free to download through the App Store and the Google Play Store.
Foreign Language
Duolingo – Brush up or learn a new language with the help of an app. Duolingo is a language learning app available through the App Store and Google Play Store, or practice on your computer.
Health
Pillow – A sleep app that tracks your sleep cycle and can pick the best time to wake you up in order to get your best night of sleep. You can get Pillow for free from the App Store.
Calm – The Calm app make meditation and relaxing easy to do anywhere. The free app offers meditation and breathing exercises meant for beginners. It also offers Sleep Stories to help you fall asleep. You can download the app from the App Store and the Google Play Store.
Study Help/Cool Tools
Quizlet – Make flashcards that you can take anywhere! All you need is a smartphone or computer and you can access quizlet and study. Quizlet also lets you turn your flash cards into practice tests. Check out their website or download their app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
